The Page on Amazon says it is not in stock. Has it sold out already, or is just not quite available yet?
I believe it is currently in stock. Which country are you from? Perhaps Amazon doesn’t ship to your location.

Hi. I believe we've found the reason why it says that it's not in stock. Because in amazon we've just received this:
So it might take a little while before Amazon shows it as in stock.
I'm in Australia. it does not show up on the locale Amazon site at all and the main site still tells me it is not available. I guess for some reason it can't be shipped down under.
We found the culprit. Just saw in a small print, "Standard colour is not available on Amazon.co.jp or Amazon.com.au. If selected, your book won't be printed in those marketplaces."
We'll look into it and maybe create a different version of paperback or hardcover. We're still working through the details but maybe premium colors would work. Anyway, we will let you know if there are any updates regarding this. We might use another publisher like Lulu too.
