A Moment in Tinyoji: Gameplay Example

It's Autumn. Your Landmark is the 

Your villager, Rowan the Mouse (who is Kind - L3 Adept), decides to clear the leaves before the first freeze. You choose their Adeptness as the Asset.

• You Roll: 1d6 for Adeptness (Roll: 5) + 1 (L3 Bonus) = Effort 6.
• Lily Pad Pond is Level 1, so you roll 1d6 for the Challenge (Roll: 4) = Challenge 4.
• Outcome: Your Effort (6) is greater than the Challenge (4) - Success! Rowan skillfully clears the leaves, ensuring the water flows freely.
• Keepsake Check: The total roll (Effort 6 + Challenge 4 = 10) meets the Level 1 Keepsake Threshold (7+). You roll 1d6 for the Keepsake Roll (Target: 1). You roll a 4 – No Keepsake this time, but a satisfying success!
• You Narrate: "Rowan carefully nudges aside the damp leaves with a sturdy twig, watching the clear water resume its cheerful gurgle over the smooth stones. A job well done before the cold truly sets in."*

How It Works: Your Simple Journey
